PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon receipt unless prior written arrangements have been made. Past due balances may be subject to finance charges.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customer must provide safe and accessible working conditions and clear access to equipment.

SERVICE CALL MINIMUM

A minimum service charge applies to all dispatched service calls including diagnosis and travel time.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for loss of business, spoilage, downtime, or consequential damages.

WARRANTY

Labor warranty is 365 days unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts only.

LABOR BILLING

Labor is billed portal-to-portal and rounded to the nearest quarter hour.
